Procurement Supervision
BC&T have a history of undertaking procurement of project related goods and services using funds directly derived from the Clients Account under the Clients Control, or using the Consultants Accounts which are then re-imbursed. This service is offered using an agreed fixed margin fee basis allowing the Client full control over the project build cost.
Our procurement activities are structured using competitive tendering for all equipment, services and materials with the following stages undertaken by BC&T on behalf of the Client.

- Vendor Shortlist and Prequalification
- Invitation to Bid
- Vendor Submission and Conditioning
- Tender Evaluation
- Recommendation and Final Negotiation
- Inspection and Expediting
- Progress Payment Certifcation
Given BC&T’s established trading history we can offer an independent procurement service using recognised suppliers whom are known to perform. Frequently these suppliers may be of a smaller nature and more cost effective than the mainstream brand sources.
