Construction Management

Construction Management from BC&T may be provided in a number of ways.

For smaller UK based contracts, where we have a history of working with specific subcontractors, we may provide part time supervision to ensure Clients budgets are not exceeded.

For larger operations and in general higher value projects we can provide job specific supervision to an overall site team where our experience in specialist niche fabrication and construction activity is invaluable. This may help if Clients budgets are limited and local supervision is more cost effective or when working for an EPIC Contractor we then dovetail into a larger team.

Equally if required, and especially in our core competance in LPG, the entire construction activity may be managed by BC&T directly over local subcontractors on a full time basis as an alternative to appointing an EPIC Contractor.
